Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving. If a shipping delay exists we'll notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. 

We offer flat-rate shipping around Australia for $7.50 and $6.00 in QLD.

Delivery to capital cities can take between 2-6 days and regional areas can take between 5-8 business days.

All Australia orders are dispatched from Brisbane, QLD. You'll be emailed a tracking code once we ship your order.  

Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 business days.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please purchase products carefully as we don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us info@trueindianspices.com.au and we'll provide details on where to send your return.

Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It's normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from its journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.
